Can I order a product from Panzer Models if I am not UK based?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-3 days for UK based customers, and around two weeks internationally.
I ordered but haven't yet received confirmation of despatch.
If we haven't despatched your item yet it means the item may be out of stock. Feel free to email us before or after ordering to check if an item is in stock. We are not able to update every item as it changes so overlaps can occur in our stock reporting. If you have been through all other UK model shops and they didn't have the item, there is a chance we won't either.
What if my shipping is not calculating correctly?
Please drop us an email at sales@panzermodels.co.uk and we will be glad to help, we are primarily set up for UK shipping costs so sometimes this needs to be solved manually for customers abroad.
How can I find out more about a specific kit?

What if I want to order something that is out of stock?
If you found that the product you want to order is out of stock, email us at sales@panzermodels.co.uk and we will make sure to inform you when the item is back in stock for you to place an order.
Can I order a product that I haven’t found in the store?
If you have any suggestions regarding our stock and would like to order something that we do not offer yet, don’t hesitate to email us and ask for a specific kit. We will let you know if we can provide it for you.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, if the item you received is defective or damaged. We carefully inspect every product before shipping it. However, if you receive a defective item and need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at sales@panzermodels.co.uk
How can I return a product?
If your item is unused, in the same condition as you received it, and has original packaging, you can return it within 30 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds can be granted for items not in their original condition. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
